We put it MANDATORY for applicants to provide their police clearance certificate from Directorate of Criminal Investigations prior to intake.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do you monitor your guards?” style=”simple”]Our guards are grouped in specific grids with a supervisors. Each guard is supervised on a minimum, once during a 12 Hour shift. Additionally, Riley has a Guard Monitoring system that the guards use to check in and off. The system verifies the officer’s location and keeps a record of when the officer is on duty. Supervisors out in the field that routinely monitor the performance of all team members. The operations manager is notified and investigations commence immediately.
