Riley Falcon Security has been offering security services in Kenyan Market for well over 30 years now having been incorporated in 1985.
What are your areas of specialization?
We specialize in manned guarding, Cash in Transit, Courier Services, Supply and installations of technical products such as Electric Fence, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Walk-through metal detectors, Parking Management, Turnstiles and Biometrics and Access control.
Are you a member of any security association in Kenya?
Riley is a member of Kenya Security Industrial Association (KSIA), United Business Association(UBA),  International Private Security Association (IPSA) and the newly enacted Private Security Regulatory Authority (PSRA).
Are your guards armed or unarmed?
We provide both armed and unarmed guards based on customer requirements.
What background check is performed on your security guards?
We conduct an extensive internal investigation including prior employment records and personal references from local chief and pastor and someone who isn’t an immediate relative. We put it MANDATORY for applicants to provide their police clearance certificate from Directorate of Criminal Investigations prior to intake.
How do you monitor your guards?
Our guards are grouped in specific grids with a supervisors. Each guard is supervised on a minimum, once during a 12 Hour shift. Additionally, Riley has a Guard Monitoring system that the guards use to check in and off. The system verifies the officer’s location and keeps a record of when the officer is on duty. Supervisors out in the field that routinely monitor the performance of all team members. Through their supervision, training and inspection our clients are assured of high quality service.
How are your Guards trained?
After selection, we take our guards through an extensive 3 week internal training program. Â We train our guards on Ethics and Professionalism, Search and Arrest procedures, Crime Detection and prevention, Communication Skills, Basic First Aid, Access Control Procedures, Evacuation and Emergency Procedures, Counter terrorism and Fire Fighting and many many more
If an incident occurs, how do you respond?
An incident is first reported to Riley control room. The operations manager is notified and investigations commence immediately. The initial investigation report is handed to the client within 24 hours with the final one given within 48 hours depending on complexity of the investigation.
What’s your typical alarm response time?
Our alarm response time is between 7-10 Minutes.
Do you have a control centre?
Riley Falcon has base stations spread across the country that are manned 24/7 by two controllers per shift, who are tasked with the primary duty of monitoring Transmitter signals, CCTVs and Alarm back-up vehicles’ response to alarms and emergencies.
Do you offer Facilities Management services?
Yes. We provide a wide range of facility management services including; cleaning, maintenance, gardening and landscaping, pest control and fumigation.
What type of value additions do you offer?
We give free SMS alerts, monthly security updates/briefings and support services during emergencies/accidents for all clients subscribed.
