1974 Greco Les Paul Custom Black Beauty (Ebony)

1974 Greco Les Paul Custom Black Beauty (Ebony)Made in Japan in 1974, these were some of the earlier model Les Paul Custom replicas sold by Greco and have a bolt on neck and solid pancake body. Weighing just over 4kg's, the previous owner routed it for a middle pickup (much like the EG 600PB Frampton model introduced a few years later) and it came to us with no hardware or electronics. We've installed some NOS hardware including tuners, bridge and tailpiece and three Tokai humbuckers. Good overall

Good overall vintage condition as pictured with light signs of playwear on the neck and body

Before arriving with us this one had undergone a relic job to the body along with a refinish and relic to the neck (serial number/"Made in Japan" insignia missing but the neck stamps on the body and neck match and are both labelled ST54-95LS)

this is the RMG-0 Mockingbird model that we had professionally refinished in what we're calling "Kermit Green"

From a throbbing tremolo to a cocked wah mid boost all the way to a reverse phase (by using the "off" setting by turning down the depth knob until an internal switch clicks)

a V profile mahogany neck and an ebony fingerboard

the SD40 is a modernised Stratocaster built with an alder body

the AR-06 series takes the Fender Jaguar design and enhances it with some modern specs and features

very clean for a 40+ year old guitar with some light cosmetic bumps and scuffs on the body and some basic play wear to the frets

it appears all original with Maxon made humbuckers (chrome covered on the 12 and zebra uncovered on the 6) that have plenty of clarity and bite

Lo-Pro Edge Tremolo system along with the original F2 humbucker in the bridge and a pair of C2 stacked single coils in the neck and middle positions controlled by master volume/tone knobs and a 5-way blade switch

Pots are scratchy when turned but are functional as is
