No rips, stains or holes. The elastic cords are all in fantastic condition. They have their stretch intact and are not dried out or brittle. Please note: inner seam "taping" is pulling away in some areas. It's all there but It appears that it has lost its ability to adhere to the jacket. The all over Gore Tex coating is still
